Welcome to TaxNexus Spot. By accessing or using our platform at taxnexusspot.com ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.

1. Scope of Services

We offer a digital tax platform for online reporting, information products in digital format, and physical merchandise.

2. Registration and User Conduct

To access certain features, you may register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. Fees and Payments

All fees are due at the time of purchase via credit card or bank transfer. Fees are described on the Platform and may be updated with notice.

4. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellations submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full reimbursement less processing fees. Cancellations after this period may be eligible for a credit toward future services, to be scheduled within six months. All reimbursement requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 days after approval.

4.2 Information Products

All digital materials are accessible immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, purchases of these products are final and not eligible for reimbursement. Please review samples and descriptions before purchase.

4.3 Physical Products

You may send back unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery for reimbursement. To initiate a send-back, submit a request via our contact form. Items sent back must be in original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will issue a reimbursement to your original payment method within 14 days. Alternatively, you may request a replacement item or receive a credit valid for 12 months.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxNexus Spot is not liable for indirect or special damages arising out of use of the Platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic without regard to conflict of law provisions.
